I didn't name it, my trainer, Phil of 48 Fitness and the Decatur Boxing Club, did. The goal this month is to exercise every day, and to share that routine with your workout group. Last month we created routines in advance and shared them with the group at the beginning of the month. Each day I would just write "Done" in the comments. Some people were more expressive, and shared their routines each day. Most people found that to be motivating, so this month we are again setting our own fitness goals, but we are also required to share what we've done each day with everyone in our group.
And since you guys are my group, I'll share my routines with you every day. Starting today - December 5th. I just saw a bunch of photos of Mankofit on Instagram so I'm feeling pretty inspired. I hope that you find this interesting and helpful.
AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING ALSO. I'm on Instagram and Twitter and Pintrest (maybe I'll add my own workout photos there...) so I'd love to hear back....

I put up a photo of 3 good, full body routines, 2 days of running, one day of dynamic jumps, and one day that was just straight-forward ab work. I'm not a gym person, so I tend to do a lot of calisthenics using just my body weight or a 5lb medicine ball. If you aren't a gym person, or if you don't feel like going to the gym one day - I suggest Burpees (25), Lunges (50), jumping jacks (50) and planks (2 minutes) as a quick full body routine for those days when you need a quick routine or don't have access to a gym.
We are in the midst of the Holiday Season, so it is vital that you exercise consistently for the next few weeks. It will make next year's New Year's resolutions much easier to follow!!!

Today: I started the day with 50 Hindu Squats. Later on in the morning I did 30 push-ups and 30 triceps dips. I plan to do dynamic lunges later on today (hopefully 60 total), 100 jumping jacks, and go to boxing.
