While I love Don Cheadle, my focus in the first few photos is his partner, Brigid Coulter. The couple has been together for more than twenty years and have two teenage daughters, Ayana and Imani. Brigid is an interior designer with her own company, Brigid Coulter Designs, based in Santa Monica and the creator of an African-print influenced textile line. Her clients have included the likes of Matt Damon and Alfre Woodard. She is also an actress, and after a hiatus of more than 8 years, she has recently been featured in a Walter Mosely play staged on the East Coast.
