(Updated) Hey Look Its...Condola Rashad!

For those of you who follow the Great White Way, Broadway, you know that Condola Rashad, daughter of the incomparable Phylicia Rashad & Ahmad Rashad received her second Tony Award.nomination as Best Featured Actress in a Play, "The Trip to Bountiful" recently. She was also nominated for her role in the play "StickFly" in 2012.

The 26-year-old has had an amazing run over the past few years. Beyond Broadway, she also starred as Shelby in Lifetime's re-imagining of the film, "Steel Magnolias" and was one of the characters on the NBC series, "Smash". Expect another nomination for next year because she is currently in rehearsals with Orlando Bloom for an upcoming production of "Romeo & Juliet"! And she is working with her band to release an EP within the year...

I'm not sure if she's still "natural" - but she seemed to be when I started following her a few years ago, and natural hair is versatile:

Other notable wins last night include:

- 79 year-old Cicely Tyson for Best Actress in a Play, "The Trip to Bountiful"; 

- Billy Porter, for Best Leading Actor in a Musical, "Kinky Boots"; &

-Courtney Vance, (I actually saw him win this one) for Best Featured Role in a Play "Lucky Guy"; and
-Patina Miller for Best Performance by a Leading Actress in "Pippin".
