Curls on the Street...Willow Smith!

Willow has changed it up again! She seemed to have grown out her super short twa into what may have been a relaxed, spiky look. But the ever-changing pre-teen has now gone in the opposite direction by sporting a head full of braids in LA yesterday. She might be ready to change it up for the fall, or she may just want to whip her hair.
