It's Monday, so I'm here again, trying to figure out this week's exercise post. Fortunately for me and my schedule, I ran across this image last week and thought that it would be perfect. I am trying to trim my waist - right now through the 150 sit ups required by my Spartan September challenge, but I also want to learn new ab exercises that do not require me to lay on my back for extended periods of time. So this fits the bill!

Monday
Goal: Boxing/Spartans
Nutrition: Green smoothie - strawberry, banana, lime, kale, spinach, a little coconut milk and flaxseed oil. Leftover Mediterranean Grill, later I had more Mediterranean Grill, 3 chicken wings, and something like a Long Island Ice Tea.
Hair: Same as Sunday for most of the day, then a twistout. I might do a post or put it on Instagram.
Outcome: I had to make up 4 Spartans and 100 sit ups. I did that in the morning, and in the evening I went to boxing and then did my Spartans. I have to admit that my stomach looks a lot better - but shouldn't it? I'm doing 150+ sit ups a day!!

Tuesday
Goal: Boxing/Spartans
Nutrition: Green smoothie - pineapple, mango, grapes, coconut milk, lime, spinach, and flaxseed oil. But I'm starving! I ended up eating a whole Subway footlong sandwich. It was the turkey breast on Honey Whole Grain. Later I had 4 tiny coconut shrimp, a sweet potato with a little seasoned salt and grapeseed oil and steamed broccoli.
Hair: Twist out.
Outcome: I did my Spartans, sit ups, and boxed yesterday. Our ab workout during class was a little more difficult than usual and paired with my Spartans I had an abtastic Tuesday.

Wednesday
Goal: Boxing/Spartans
Nutrition: Green smoothie - strawberries, grapes, bananas, kale, spinach, coconut milk, and flaxseed oil. I also had some Tomato Parmesan soup, a tuna sandwich on whole wheat, air baked potato crisps, a chocolate chip cookie, a piece of carrot cake, a little fruit, and a small green salad with chicken.
Hair: Twist out ( I LOVE IT!!!!!!!)
Outcome:I did 50 curtsy squats, my Spartans and sit ups.

Thursday
Goal: Dance Class/Boxing/Spartans
Nutrition: Green smoothie - spinach (1.5x as usual), banana, grapes, 1/2 orange, and flaxseed oil. Quinoa salad, BBQ chicken breast, broccoli, cornbread, toffee cheesecake, chocolate chip cookie, and broccoli cheese soup.
Hair: Still a twist out
Outcome: No exercise

Friday
Goal: Training/Spartans
Nutrition: Green smoothie - coconut milk, pineapple, lime, grapes (but fewer than usual), mango, 1/4 orange and flaxseed oil. Quinoa salad, curried lentils, BBQ chicken breast, 3 pieces of baked goods (they were small, so they probably added up to 1 true piece of cake), 1/2 a Turkey burger, some fries, and a few hors devours. Also 1/4 orange and a few grapes. I really want to buy some Krystal's wings or McDonald's but I am trying to hold off...I successfully fought off the urge the other night, and I may succeed again...
Hair: Twist out with flat twists in front.
Outcome: 9 sets of Spartans, 225 sit ups, 75 curtsy squats and boxing in the morning.

Saturday
Goal: Run/Hike/Boxing/Spartans
Nutrition: Green Smoothie - spinach, cucumber, banana, and strawberries. It is my least favorite smoothie thus far. I had a Kit Kat, 4 stuffed mushrooms, 6 chessmen cookies and two bites of a rotisserie chicken. Later I had a cilantro chicken sandwich and mashed sweet potatoes.
Hair: I took my flat twists out and pinned the ends up into my side ponytail.
Outcome: I hiked Stone Mountain, I did my 9 Spartans, and went to boxing.

Sunday
Goal: Walk/Spartans
Nutrition:Green smoothie - kale, strawberries, coconut milk, mango, agave and flaxseed oil. I had a green apple and also took bites of chicken salad, a couple of baby carrots, a stuffed mushroom, a few bites of turkey meatballs, and tried some lentil soup...and more Kit Kats.
Hair: Same
Outcome: No exercise...
