On the sad occasion of Chris Lighty's memorial service in NYC yesterday celebrities including LL Cool J, Sean Combs, Lloyd Banks, Nick Cannon, Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliott, Busta Rhymes, and Macy Gray came out to mourn. Lighty was a talent manager and owner of Violator, a multi-media management and marketing company. He has also been credited with bringing hip hop to the mainstream.
