Yay!!! My twists are now two weeks old. Although they have suffered (see previous posts...maintenance has been lacking), and going on a vacation full of sea water and sun hasn't necessarily helped, I have managed to come up with a couple of cute styles - the Double Cross and a Faux Bob with a Finger Roll (see my pics on Twitter and Facebook) and keep them pinned up in ways that have looked nice. However, I haven't done anything to work on keeping them fresh.
To that end - I am going to give my hair the full treatment over the next few days including: a wash with shampoo; condition; deep condition; and re-twisting the front. This will ensure that my twists will make it through the next week and hopefully into the next month!
Also, I am working on the final touches for my book - One Hairstyle, Thirty-one Ways and it will be out shortly!!!
